My local service shop informed me that Indmar has a recall on my 2017 Raptor 440 (and likely all Raptors of that general age) concerning the exhaust Y manifold off the engine and catalytic converters disintegrating after getting wet. Anyone have any more info on this? Also wondering if this why I keep getting the high limit alarm. They already replaced the O2 sensors. I am wondering what the "fix" is. If it's going to add another baffle or constrict exhaust in some way.
I'm thinking of putting this off until we winterize as we are only a few more outings away from putting Big Red away for the winter.
Any advice I need to pass along to the shop when they do the recall campaign?
