I think just exhaust port to exhaust port, and maybe from center of exhaust to bottom of swim platform (custom brackets) but that's always easily changed. You still have the two hydraulic ram so I know it will fit there.
I’ve seen some people mount the brackets to the stern, actually drilled into the gelcoat and fiberglass. I wasn’t crazy about the idea but it works great and looks fine. You never really see it anyway.

I no longer have the boat to do the measurement from the platform, and sorry I got busy last night but I will get this done today.
That's fine, I can make it mount to the swim platform. Don't think they changed the exhaust ports from mine to yours, but just want to make sure. if you lmk today or tmr, I will stop by the boat on the way home from work tmr and measure mine. After that I'll be out of town until Monday.
Whatever measurements I need for an FAE (new world for me), I'd assume just the centerline of exhaust to exhaust. If you think I'd need anything else I'll leave that up to you.

I blew it. Theres a backstory. We had Corkys boat around and I thought we took it in and it was in storage(was looking forward to fixing it up this winter as it found the bottom) but insurance is who took the boat and I guess it's Copart fodder now. My bad.
On the plus side I stretched out and put my foot all the way up into my mouth today and am feeling pretty limber now. Sorry for not delivering the goods

You’re 100% correct. There’s no reason you can’t mount just about anything to the back of an old Tige. I knew they were solid when I bought one. I didn’t realize how solid until I tried cutting stuff out of one.
Speaking of which, clt, if your looking to mount actuators on the stern and you need a little more room, you could always move the platform brackets inboard. Even if you just move the right hole on the bracket to the left hole on the starboard stern and opposite for the port, you could gain nearly 2”. Doesn’t sound like much but it’s actually a good bit of room. The worst part for you would be removing the gas tank in order to get to them. It’s not too bad but, it’s not exactly fun. The trick is getting the gasoline out first. I think there is room enough to not have to do any of that but, it’s an option in case you need to.
