    Taylors Boats in Draper Utah

Ladies and Gentelman. I felt that it is only fare and right for me to post a postive matter about Taylor Richards and his staff in Utah after posting such a negative experiance a few weeks ago. After making my post, Then making contact with Taylor Richards of Taylor's Boats my boat was towed from Bakesfield California to Draper Utah. Tyson under the direction of Taylor took care of all my issues. Engine alignment which was performed by Mike one of the technicians. Gel Coat cracks which was subleted and I know it was not cheap, and a few other items. Needles to say the boat blew me off my feet when I test drove it with Dustin from Taylor's Boats in Utah lake before heading back to California. If I had only known how bad it was the issue would have been addressed even sooner. Taylor and his staff did step up and take care of me. I appreciate all of your responses in the past and hope that we can see positive in the the direction that Taylor is going with his business. I am sure he will steer it down a great course. We all make mistakes in our lifes and that is what we are on this earth to do. As long as we step up and take care of them. Taylor and his staff has most certainly did so. Tyson the service manager was great and I hope he will continue to grow and learn in his position. I was in that position in the automotive service industry at one time and I made a ton of mistakes and grew tremendously from them. I continue to make mistakes and grow from them this day. I have to say thank you Taylor's boats for making things right and I am excited to have a boat that runs this good. I now know what they are supposed to be like. Even the wake on the boat is cleaner and more defined than it was when the engine and prop where out of alignment with the rutter.

Thanks again guys I appreciate your work and support.

Great to hear things worked out great for you. Also good to hear attitude towards service are changing. I hope you now have the boat of your dreams, the 24V is an awesome boat. Happy boating. Way to go Taylors!
My dad always said "Stupid Hurts". He's yet to be proven wrong, but for some reason I keep trying.

Not to be negative about such a positive post, but why do dealers have to be bashed on the internet before any recourse is taken to fix the customers boat.

Glad your boat got fixed, to all dealers reading this be proactive for your customers. Don't make them bash you on Tige Owners before you do anything.
