Been a long time in the works guys, but with everything in place I can finally talk about it. Germaine Marine will be heading West and is ecstatic to be your dealer for the following areas..
Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego, San Bernardino, Riverside, Imperial and Ventura.
As many of you know, my home base is in Orange County so I will be here "mostly" full time instead of floating between the other shops routinely.
In this area, Tige has been in a downward decline. I truly believe it has nothing to do with the brand and everything to do with how it was being represented. We (I) intend to change that starting day one. Our goal is to revolutionize the way things have been done here. Here are a few things but not all that we are doing to go about that...
-Top Notch service team (this really sets the stage for keeping customers happy)
-Completely indoor facility (Service, boats in line for service or already serviced, will all remain indoors) During hectic months we will have a staging area outback for day of drop offs and pickups)
-Pro shop with prime items that we have ridden and know perform
-Small family sales team with elite knowledge of boat setup and performance for the entire line. You wont pass on a boat from us because of a poorly executed demo.
-Family based Tige owners group with monthly events both in the summer and winter
We have a great relationship with TIGE and are beyond pleased to start this new chapter in OCTOBER.
Given we aren't officially doors open, we are a little limited on service. However, with a little communication we are able to get things done with a little bit of planning for current customers in limbo. I also already have 2019 boats on order for this area. They include the ZX5, ZX1, RZX3, RZX2. Want something else? We can put in a current order as well..
Thanks for those of you that have shown support, we would'nt have made the decision on the move without it.
Upcoming events sponsored by Germaine Marine Socal
-ZX5 Day 9.1.18
-West Coast Tige Owners Reunion 9.22.18
-Grand Opening Barbecue TBA
Here is to a great 2019.......
