Does the Origin mount in the same holes as the Tige Factory tower? If so- that's a no brainer! It does look good too!

Will5150, The front holes lined up but I had to drill new holes in the rear. Used Marintex to patch the holes. Doesn't look perfect but good enough. I planned on installing some EVA traction pads to cover the holes but never got around to it. The tower wire penetration covers up the starboard side. Note: Due to the lower legs not being parallel with each other, I don't think I can fold it down. This isn't an issue for me, but might be for some. It was around $1270 with 2 swivel racks, surf rack, mirror, and nav light. I already had the bimini which was around $400.

Not sure I follow, you mean the legs that attach to the boat? how are they not parallel? looks like you could fold the upper section forward or backwards.

          something like

I agree with everyone that said Samson!!!! I have a Razor on my boat and it looks awesome. I read someone mentioned ariel and to not get one, I second that I put one on a boat years ago i got the tower, speakers, ski rack, wakeboard rack and a mirror for about $1200 seemed like a good deal but it was terrible rattled shook and i thought it was going to fall apart. Cheap is always that, cheap price for a cheap product.

So I ordered a Krypt Pro swoop tower. Similar to the Origin- I was going to go that route, but I liked the lines of the Krypt. Now I am looking at board racks- I really want swivel racks that won't get in the way when I fold the tower down. Any suggestions? I'll put pics up of the install as it happens next week.

That is a nice looking tower. I like how the front legs blend into instead of attach to lower section. It makes a huge difference ascetically. No matter what, it’ll be way better than the Metcrap. Congrats.
You'll get your chance, smart guy.

Is the Origin super solid (aka not a lot of rattling, etc)?

It is not easy for the back ones.I did mine with the interior out. and that doesn't come out easy either. You could try a long extension on a 3/8 ratchet but you will be totally blind.(feel only) don't know how you would get the new one on that way. I think you can get to the drivers side by taking the "side dash" apart. and might be able to take the gas vent line off to get the passenger side. if you don't have short little "T Rex" arms like mine.

I ended up taking the Interior seat backs off- finding those little screws was a bear. I used a steel ruler that slid between the hull and the seat-back and fished around until I hit one then used a long extension on the drill to back out the screws. I broke a couple, but that will be easy to fix. Once I got those out, access to the bolts wasn't too bad. actually crawling into the dry box in front of the driver's side to get to the front bolt was just about as hard! well i am ready for the new tower now- shows up this week and i'll be installing Thursday evening!
                        WISH ME LUCK!!

I ordered the Krypt Pro Swoop - Likes the lines of it better. Also bought Monster Board racks with swivel adaptors. I'll get some pics up of the while process as it comes together.

I would also be interested in how sturdy the Origin Catapult tower is. Getting ready to pull the POS Aerial Airborne off my 2001 2100V, wobbliest tower I have ever seen. Thanks!!
