Help! 2014 ASR not running properly

Went to start up the boat this morning and we’re definitely having a mechanical problem. Engine contiusouly revs up and down.

I’ll also note that the boat has a slight lean to the starboard while sitting in the water. Ballasts are empty and bilge pumped. Haven’t ever noticed this before.

Possible vacuum leak. Check all hoses running to intake manifold.

Had this issue... Hoses from exhaust manifold loose and leaking air.
As to the listing issue, no idea. Check ballast bags that one didn't fold over the exit port.
