Taps3 plate broken

I have a 2016 r20 with under 40 hours and the welds broke on my taps plate. I had read these wasn’t welded good and one person said Tige replaced the defect. The other side isn’t weld any better. That’s a pretty common deal on the 16 boats I’ve seen numerous do the same I would contact your dealer and get a new set coming and meanwhile weld it up so u can continue to ride

It prolly should be I would think so

It will be under warranty. Early '16 (boats built in '15) had that issue with one of the vendors plates. You can drill holes in it and through bolt it to get you by. But in the long run they should be replaced.
