Removable Swim Platform Brackets

I just bout a new to me 1998 pre2100. I have seen a few photos on here of people with swim platform brackets that look to be removable. Are these custom made or does someone sell them?

There were two different styles back then. The "traditional" style and the quick release ones. You'd prob have to make your own if you wanted some quick release ones now.
