Kool maybe Im tripping. But I feel like back in the day the labels at the ends of the harness had a physical description ie, bilge, blower, stbd fill etc. Last couple years it seems like they are getting tagged with a number at the ends like 71-345 ( just making a number up for discussions sake). Am guessing that number corresponds some kind of PDM schematic or other schematic. Next time I come across one in my travels thru a boat I will snag a pic.
That’s what I found on most wires and plugs that I found. Just numbers. The wires I find labeled are in the stern, stereo speakers, and the battery cables. Most up in the helm don’t seem to be and the main fuse panel isn’t labeled either that I can tell.
I have a bunch of three wire plugs, two orange wires and brown I believe around the boat. Not sure what the are for? I’m sure they are for something I’ll never need.

That is correct. It was a switch to different vendors after they were building harnesses in house. The later models (Late 2018's) do have the correct labels at the wires. I would say all 2019's since there would have been inventory during the rolling change in 2018.

Good to know buddy. Should make tracking wires down even easier on retro install components. THANKS!
Sorta relatable question here. Are rev 10s pre wired to the tige touch for the led rings? Might try and buy some and add them on.
I just got mine done. As my R23 wasn't pre-wired for RGB, just the speakers themselves. We ran the RGB cable up the tower to the speakers and then to the helm to my new controller which I mounted near the PDU's. Then I tied the controller into the red wire with blue butt connector as talked about earlier in this thread for power. The hard part was wiring the tower with the RGB cable but since I was there already, I added in cable for the tower light too.
I'm installing LED's shining down to the floor for mood and extra lighting (chose blue LED's but could be RGB too if I wanted later) and not a light bar as most would do but I have extra pairs in the cable for that too if I change my mind. Got that idea from my buds Centurion.
