I am in the process of purchasing an off market 1999 Tige 2100 Limited V-drive. Here are the specs.
1999 2100 Limited
V drive
900 hours on the hull and the factory 5.7L engine
No damage history
Boat has never seen salt water
Owner completed a new interior. New carpet, new upholstery on all seats and new foam where needed.
Regular maintenance has always been completed.
About 3 months ago, before the owner took it off the market, the asking price was $17,000. I’m trying to figure out if that is an accurate price or not. This will be my first boat and I am not extremely familiar with buying and selling boats and what red flags to look for, but can anyone shed some light based on the specs I provided above if this price is too high, too low, or just right? I appreciate it!
