Canyon Lake is my backyard, going to be out this weekend doing some volunteer work.

for a few years they ran a surf and wakeboard comp at marine creek reservoir in west fort worth, all divisions.

That was part of the Endless Wave Tour - ending with the "US Open of Wakesurfing" held in Fort Worth. Yes, it was great - a great location. We now have the "US Open of Wakesurfing" here at Wake the Desert.

My bad I was mistaken. It’s Wake the Desert I was thinking of and it is at nasworthy actually.

@cnote hey I tried sending you a PM not sure if it went through or not. Trying to learn a couple things about PK. We will be there the 4th through the 8th.

Any good riding spots that are protected from the wind?

Any cool things to go see besides Hells Gate?

Any bad areas to avoid (rocks, sandbars, trees?)

Any fun places for cliff jumping?

We are super excited and can’t wait to get up there.

Thanks, we're from Brownwood. Yea just coming in for the comp and to play on nasworthy. I went to school at ASU so I used to spend a bit of time out there.
