‘17 Z3 Ballast full times

Haven’t had many chances to get on the water this year but I am not sure my fill times are anywhere near accurate. Front ballast starts overflowing around 3.5 minutes (seems too fast or good) rear about 12 which I think is close. Ballpark what times should I be getting? How do I check front bags to ensure they are full and not just twisted up or something? Thanks

Take the panels out to visually inspect. If you run the drain pumps until they stop spitting, then thats all the water the pumps can get outs, so the sac is/are twisted/folded likely.
