Best adhesive for swim platform.

Son had some friends with old school life jackets and when climbing on the swim platform pulled up the edge of the foam decking. And marine grade epoxy? Talking about 4 inches width and about 1.5 inch pulled back.

I reinstalled the factory rubber swim deck mat 4 years ago with 3m 90 spray adhesive, still holding strong. Be sure to follow the surface prep instructions and know you only get one shot to get it straight.
