I have been having a problem with my Taps 3 plates over rotating in the stowed position and was installing stop/wedges to prevent this. When testing in the demo mode they worked a few times and then both stopped responding. I have had this happen to one or the other plates several times but they would start working again after cycling the battery switch and giving it some time. This time they both stopped and will not respond. Is there a relay or fuse that could have failed and where is the location?

If the wedge angle is wrong it could be toasting the actuator motors and or getting in a bind and then showing an overcurrent in the system. It would default by shutting them down. But if bound enough times it would fry those actuators...Germaine Marine

If you want to confirm 100% that you don't have an issue climb into the starboard locker and pull out the small panel. There should be 3 2pin Duestch connectors. Figure out which 2 are for the starboard and port plates. The middle TAPS plate is the 3rd plug. Depin the actuator side of the connector. I mark the black wire with a black sharpie on the plug bodies before depinning so if you end up reassembling you don't have reversed polarity. Once you have the pins out of the plugs you can send them power and ground. I use T pins in my 12v cordless batteries. If the T pins start glowing right away the actuator is stuck. If it makes noise and moves you have issues upstream.

Haha, I think I know this boat now. Did Rob send you an amp a while back ?? In your case then, the PDMs (2 black boxes behind the kick panel) are the circuit protection, nothing but 2 wires from PDMs back to those 2 pin plugs. If the PDM is the issue then a bunch of there stuff like bilge, blower. etc wont work. Sounds like actuators.
