Well we finally got to testing the newly shaped platform, and it did not do what I expected. I thought that it would simply be the same settings and no longer have a line in the wave, but I was way off. It seems as though the water pushing up on the platform at low speeds changes the weighting, as I had to lower my taps setting, add weight, and increase speed. Ultimately, it was an awesome upgrade, but took more playing with than I expected. The wave was much harder and cleaner. Anyone considering this should do it immediately and not look back. I cut my triangles 9" crom the corner toward the back of the boat, and 12" from the corner toward the center of the deck. Any more and I would have had to cut the brackets.
