Trying to get this even back on the rails. All we need a local owner to take the wheel and finalize some last minute details.

AVC Marine was on board and there were a couple others that had sent or committed a give away. MLA was trying to participate.

So, wee need a lead on this

    need a head count

need to know what we have to give away

Need to know about the location

    ???
    Mike,

Hit me up tomorrow on the Give-aways. I have the stuff from Wetsounds and Boat Juice.

I think we can have this 100% back on track by tomorrow with a few changes.

I will confirm the new location by Noon eastern 6/14.

We can potentially use Young Deer. I did an owners get together there for Supra and Moomba a few years ago and it worked out great. There is a ramp and good water there. Also, a playground. I’ll go by there tomorrow and check the conditions. That is probably the best bet.

There's just no where to dock a boat except that one temp dock at the ramp. How would folks get to the shore? It is a cool park though.

I have 1 spot on the side of my dock if anyone wants to put their boat there for the weekend should this get pulled off. It's about 1 mile from Young Deer. In a cove and calm. First come first serve.

There is also an air BnB on the same street you can look up that has a dock. Tanglewood Circle, Cumming Ga.

When I used Young deer before we used and anchor and a shore spike and tied the boats up together. Had to wade a little to shore. Knee deep max. We had 10 boats there tied up.

You cannot occupy the docks which are used for loading/unloading only. There were no docks at the camp either. Shore spike and an anchor. Easy. Should be part of your standard Lanier equipment anyway. ;-)
