Another ballast bag issue - seam came apart

Well i got the mouse hole fixed in my rear starboard bag. I was out this weekend and noticed my port side was leaking like crazy. No mouse hole this time but one of the seams has come apart about 2". it looks like the tape came undone. Any suggestions? I had the mouse hole fixed by a river outfitter that repairs their river rafts. I'm not sure that will work since it's on a seam. Any suggestions?

I have an issue with my port front bag as well at the fitting. Following to see what a repair option might be while I wait for a replacement.
