Suggestions on pricing a boat to sell

I am looking at upgrading to and rzx2 . I currently have a 17 z3. Has most options but lacks z cline seat, shower , and has a 189 hours on it . All LEDs connected , upgraded to xs12, amps tuned . Currently asking 89,900. Am I in the ballpark or off . Pricing is reflective of upgrades and I understand it has 189 hrs. Any help would be great help.

Had a friend just get a 17 Z3 with few more options and more stereo for 82k dealer was asking 85k so maybe that will help. Similar on hours also and he got a more optioned out boatmate trailer then yours. Not what you wanted to hear as its way lower then your asking but maybe others will chime in and area will vary on pricing also. GLWS

A neighbor/buddy of mine just bought a 17’ Z3 with <5 hrs on it. Power tower, surf remote, pro ballast, heater, z cline seat, nice boatmate trailer, pretty well loaded up minus the shower. It’s got a fairly basic stereo with 6 xs-650s, 2 rev 10s and the 10” FA sub, with wetsounds sweet new amps you can’t adjust yourself.
$80k out the door. I thought that was a screaming deal and was really surprised he scored it for that as I didn’t think these deals were that common but $82k is right there. His was dealer bought as well. Hope this helps a bit.

^Truth, this time of year nice used boats are slim pickens in the Denver area. I’d imagine that it’s like that in most places. Being priced a bit higher leaves you a little more room to negotiate anyhow. GLWS

                Nice boat. Reasonable price.

Regarding slim pickings...If anyone in Denver is looking for a sweet 16 Z3, available July 7th, let me know. It will be priced to sell. I'm getting shipped off to Germany for 3 yrs and can't let it sit.

I think options are generally not going to net what you think they will.

The market will determine if you are high or not, but the challenge right now will be that the buyer pool shrinks as summer moves along. Some guys (like elevated) do a great job of selling in the fall, but the pool of buyers is much smaller then.

The hours should not bother any educated buyer, but unfortunately an uneducated buyer is going to compare your boat to one with 40 hours and think the 40 hour boat is a way better deal. It is just the way John Q Public thinks. I wish it weren't that way...since I am sitting on a 2016 with 305 hours.

I think when I compare a new one, I would likely pass on 90K. As noted above, some new ones are going less than that.
                  Be excellent to one another.

Lots of variables - for me, if you are running it through the dealer, then I think its more about what's the "out of pocket" for the new buyer with their trade, vs the price alone.

Quick search on Onlyinboards shows a similarly loaded up boat in Texas with 10 hours for 84K. And a new one for 118K. Several from 84-92K.

Another thing to take into consideration when pricing is your location. After doing lots of shopping, boats are priced so differently across Usa and Canada. Like crazy...

I've noticed the difference in pricing as well. My boat is listed on only inboards if anyone knows a friend looking.
