    Bunk Spacing For 2016 R20

    Hello All,
This is my first post, so I am sorry if it is in the incorrect forum area.

We are having a new to us 2016 R20 delivered tomorrow (pics to come!), and we would like to put it on our boat lift. I haven't been able to find any numbers online as to how far apart we should space our boat lift bunks as to not damage the hull chines etc. While reading on other posts on here, I noticed a lot of members said to do the WAG method (wild *** guess), but I was just curious if anyone had a set spacing for their R20 that worked well. My best friend keeps his R20 on his lift, although his boat is very lopsided 99% of the time.

    Thank You,
    Kyle

    Hi KJar,
We are in Winter Haven, where did you pick up your R20?

We have a 15 R20 on our dock I will try to get you some measurements this evening, sits nice and level on our dock.

Hey man! I got it from Tommy’s Orlando. I’m over in Tarpon Springs but the boat will be kept at the Dunedin Causeway (Honeymoon island). I greatly appreciate it.

        Ok here are some measurements...

My bunks are 2"x12" each side and 12'6" long.
The spacing between the bunks Inside to Inside is 37" Front and Rear.

        That should get you started.

Thank you man. If you’re ever interested in having an R20 meetup/party down by Clearwater beach, let me know! 🤙🏽

I've got a '14 RZR. My bunks are 2x6 laid flat, 12 feet long. Inside to inside is 33" in the rear and 31" in front. 10 feet between lifts crossmembers, fits great.
