    Anyone bought from Leadwake.com

    Has anyone bought from Leadwake.com?

    Placed an order over a week ago and haven't heard anything about shipping.

    Sent an email seeing if I could get a tracking update with no response.

    I'm about to be heading out of the country to Ireland at the end of next week and will be gone for 3 weeks.

    So used to Amazon 2 day and 1 day shipping. Not sure what my expectation should be here before I start calling my CC company. Would at least like to get a reply to my email at least....

    I have ordered twice. Great product and I didn’t get any shipping info it just showed up. I believe the owner has a full time job so this is his passsion!

      About how long did it take?

      I'm just trying to make sure it doesn't sit on my front porch for 3 weeks.

              I ordered 500lbs of bags from them. My only shipping status update came via an upset postal worker on a Saturday morning, complaining they were too heavy to lift into the mail truck for route delivery. I had to go to the postal hub and knock on doors until I got someone to answer, and then argued for 20 minutes before they brought a mail cart over to a roll up door. The postal workers wouldn't let me assist with moving the bags from the cart into the back of my SUV, so I had to wait for some poor old lady to move all the bags herself as my wife and I pleaded with her to let us help.

              The lead works awesome in the back of our Z3.

                ^^ Same thing happened to me, they left me a notice to come pick it the "extremely heavy" boxes.... except they let me help move the lead into back of my truck, lol. Thank goodness for Flat rate priority mail shipping or it would be as much to ship the lead as the lead bags themselves.

                  If you need Jareds Cell let me know.... I talk to him prob once a day, I can ask about your specific order. I will tell you this..... He just got a ton of steel in, and is super back logged. I wouldnt expect anything super quick at the moment.

                    Well, as it turns out the bags were delivered the day after I made this post.

                    So all is good! And I need to leave my mailman a big tip. He moved all 500 lbs of lead right up to my doorstep.
