I am mounting my older camcorder that will pivot with the rope on my 14 RZR. I have made a mount that attaches to the top of the tow. I have temporarily wired it to my Tige Touch and do get the footage on the screen. I’m going to figure out away to run the cable through the Alpha Z tower. I love my Gopros but at wakeboarding distance, it’s just too far away. If this set up works, I’ll buy a new camcorder with remote and WiFi. I figure if there is one place it will stay dry is the top of the tower. I’ll let you know how it works out.

Brian, I forget did 2014 still have the Medallion screen in RZR or do you have the Murphy(aka Tige touch2)??

Lewis, It all starts to run together but there is a video 1 and video 2 on the TT2 screens. Video 1 gets used up by transom camera when optioned. IIRC the plugs are at the ICE module which is usually in front of driver helm. If not there They are under the dash. The cameras are just a single RCA video in yellow jack. Not sure about the adapter that Go pro has available, but if they do something that converts to RCA style video in jack I would GUESS it would work. Haven't tried it though.

These are the 4 wires under the dash of a 2018 R23 with Touch 2. Still looking for a mount that will work, may end up going with the Ram mount but was hoping for a tower mount.

2014's are Medallion. Biggest issue I see with an actual Gopro is wiring up to RCA's.

Smooth, I could be tripping be I think with the Murphy 7" the video lines connect to ICE module not to back of screen. Would have to see where the transom camera is plugged in to know for sure. Do you have a transom camera on the purple people eater??

The set of DIN cables is the Jensen wired remote extension, not for a camera. The RCA's are for camera inputs.
                Oh Yeah!

Lol I do not. Thanks KoolAid! I also got the signed Tige poster and nameplate, not expecting it and definitely a class act.

It's easy enough to adapt a Go Pro. My Hero 4 has a micro HDMI. I could run a long micro to standard HDMI through the tower to the helm. Inside the helm I could have an HDMI upconvert box. So plug the HDMI cord into it and plug the RCA cord into the other side. I would also run a power cord up there. So plug the camera in and then use the bluetooth app off my phone to start recording, or just watch the action from the "big" screen. You may be able to find a long micro HDMI cord that has RCA ends on it. That would remove one step. I know the hero 3 has one of these cords. Not sure on the newer ones.
