Anyone have Gator Step on their Tige'? If you have any pictures could you post them up too? I am especially interested in the step areas, gunnels and the bow.

Should have my order in a week or so...i did custom templates too add decking to:
2 for bow, 4 gunnel pieces, built-in cooler top, 2 for custom step I made in back seat, sundeck walk-thru and a piece for bottom of all my 16 cup holders. $350 for all.
Just another option to look into, they are all a month out on new orders.

I just got the Aqua Marine decking on Friday. Quality is great and matches what I have on boat now in couple areas....but have not had a chance to install it all yet since we were on lake all day yesterday and mothers day today. I did install the piece to cover the step in my back seat and the back side gunnel pieces. Every piece fits perfectly that they sent, did take about 4 weeks due to time of year. I just need to take the time to install the 2) bow pieces, cooler cover bottoms for the 16) cup holders (still not sure if this was my best idea or not since holders have small drains in bottom if the fill with water).....not sure if I will replace the piece over my sundeck walkthru yet since original is still in great shape, just figured I would add that new piece to my order since it gets a lot of use and instead of the 3 piece design on there now, I did a solid piece to protect more of the gelcoat.
Will get some pics as soon as I am able. I plan to get them installed late tonight or tomorrow night, since on Tuesday I am going out surfing with some friends and with the Wake9 guys who are in town for the day during their cross-country trip.

I did get this picture since I installed it Friday night before out trip yesterday. This is a custom "step" that i installed into the back seat of my boat so that people can step on this "step" and then up to the sundeck transom walk-thru without stepping on the vinyl since the seams in back seat were starting to rip. I had a new skin for my back seat coming....so what I did was order 2) 10x12 pieces of 1 1/2" HDPE (since 3 1/4" was the height of my foam cushion in seat). I cut out cushion foam that exact size....screwed together the 2 piece and then set them inside the opening and then attached them to seat base by screwing into the doubled blocks from bottom of seat, I also routered the top edges so when vinyl pressed down in future it could not tear. I then has the new seat skin installed over the "insert"....
Once done I had ordered another piece of HDPE that was 3/8" think (maybe 1/4", don't remember)....that is 12x14 so it would overhang the lower insert 1" on all 4 sides. I attached it using 4 long screws (you gotta pre-drill everything with HDPE). I also routered the top and bottom edges to give it a finished look ( may slightly round the 4 edge corners so someone does not catch a toe on corner and templated the decking with that mod in mind.
I had custom templated this piece of decking from Aqua Marine and this is what finished product looks like. When you step on it, since I installed the insert it does not move nor does it push down, totally solid and with decking on it is not slippery...since I slightly compressed the cushion foam you can also still sit next to it and not worry about vinyl ripping tho I tell everyone to step ON the step and not next to it (I have had the step installed without the decking for a few weeks and amazing how many people step NEXT to it rather than on it....blows my mind . So now when a new person gets on my boat I politely ask them to step on the step and tell them if they dont, I will lovingly throw them off my boat ). I love how this turned out. I ordered the HDPE pieces from Interstate Plastics online (I previously built bow filler cushion with HDPE from them too).
More pics to come with the other decking when I get a chance but very satisfied with price and quality of the Aqua Marine decking and customer service was really good with timely responses to every email or phone call. 50% when you order and 50% balance just before they ship. Shipping cost was like $48, but sure that is true of all these companiesAttached Files

No problem, I have pics of entire process I can send you. Pretty easy process really. Only difference between how I did it and how you would do it....was you will want to first carefully remove your skin so you can re-install it when done, I cut thru the old skin cause I had a new one coming and didnt care about ruining it and wanted to perfectly center my step with the transom walk-thru.
That was also exactly the case on my boat...only mine is a 2014 and already the stitching was coming loose at the seam, no way for it not too when everyone has to basically step on that seam in back seat to get up onto sundeck. I had seen how the new Nautique G23 and Malibu LSV both have steps built into the back seat and tried to model mine similar to that. Sure there are a couple improvements someone could make on my design (like maybe not having a 90 degree edge since someone could hurt foot on it pretty easy) but stoked with how sturdy and functional it came out.
Honestly don't know why all the brands dont do something like this since no matter what sport you like, you gotta climb over backseat to get out of boat. There are a few variations, I know some of the back seats flip over, etc. On my boat from the factory... the back corner seats actually remove and there is a Gatorstep mat under them, when getting into boat from dock, its great to not step on vinyl and I always remove the corner seat when people are loading....but stepping from that back corner seat up to center of sundeck walk-thru is not possible without stepping on sundeck vinyl.
Anyway, happy to give you the process I did so you can use whatever steps out of it that you want. Once I have all the decking in and get pics I may just do a more detailed write up

@cnote I forgot I did a write up on WW before it crashed so the "before" process and pics are all on this thread. Just ignore the dumba** comments from the people who don't actually read, just skim thru the pics, make stupid assumptions and write responses before they know what they are talking about, lol. Had several people basically tell me I was an idiot and had totally screwed up my seat. Pretty much how it always is over there tho.
If you need any other pics or info after looking at thread let me know. One really important thing is to pre-drill the HDPE before running any screws into it....after pre-drilling, I then used sharp razor to trim the small bump up it creates in the HDPE to keep it smooth.
The People at Interstate Plastics online are great to work with, ships fast and they have lots of products that will work. On inserts....I used smooth, on my actual step I got a slightly textured piece tho it probably wasnt needed in hind-site.
