What would you do?

Out of curiosity, are they a dedicated boat dealer with a good pro shop or are they one of those "motor sports" places that have motor cycles, snowmobiles and like 1-2 generic boats.

It’s strictly a marine dealership.

They also only sell two brands. One being Tige. I’m going to refrain from naming them until I speak with them and see if they make an attempt to fix things if not then as far as I’m concerned it’s fair game.

I'm not soured with my current dealer (WWS Tige...they are AWESOME).

My bad. Glad you like your dealer. Knew you were particular about working on your boat. Assumed it was due to a bad experience.

Here’s a little update. I have a buddy who used to run their pro shop so I contacted him and he sent over pics and they are supposed to contact me tomorrow morning to resolve things. *fingers crossed*

I had the same thing with our boat a year ago. He paid for a 3rd party company to detail the boat.
