Unfortunately there is one thing that I dislike about it, with there being no storage in the bow there really isn't much storage on this boat when you have ballast full i guess i didnt realize how much crap we put in the bow until we didn't have one to put it in. I don't know if the z3 is the same or not.

You’ll be really surprised how much junk you can actually fit under the observer seat and infront of the drivers dash.

I have Taps3. Try it with what you have. See how you like the wave. I slowly started adding Lead Wake through out the summer. Always chasing the ultimate wave!

Unless Tige fixed the ballast vent draining issue, I would also buy 4 plugs. I fill the bags then insert the plugs in the through hulls. This keeps the water in the sacs. It is amazing how much water will drain from the sacs when surfing. All of this I learned from Jason Robertson/elevatedconcept on this forum. He is the Z3/RZX surf wave master.

Enjoy that boat. You will love the surf wave.

Yes, I remember reading his thread on the draining issue. I'm assuming it's because the ballast bags are raised up 4 inches or so with the lead under them, and he had a crazy amount like 800 or 1000 lbs. I'll try it out and go from there. Gotta keep chasing that perfect monster wave!

Yall are killing it now with the waves....... Stoked to see everyone have such dialed in boats. Tiges are kicking *** and taking names. Awesome to see.

Elevated concept thanks for your threads and info on ballast setup! I'm excited to play with it and get it dialed. The purple metal flake and black was one of my top color choices also. Going to look awesome! What did you decide on interior?

Almost went black and purple but didn't want hot seats.

That looks clean. I like it. I really like the all brown, saddle color interior as well but with the Tiges there's no white or black piping options to break it up and it just kept looking blah on the configurator.

Good looking build. No-one has been brave enough to build a purple flake boat in our area. I love that old school muscle car color. I wonder what the hull would look like in stone.

Lucky peak, Lowell, and Black Canyon are your closest options. Lucky is a madhouse on weekends. Super close for nidweek post work sets. I sometime go on Sunday, but won't hit the ramp until 5pm and just go out until dark.
Still haven't made the trek but hear Owyhee is great but middle of summer it can get super hot down there.
We love Arrowrock. Take our camper and a boat and make a weekend out of it. North is Cascade and Payette. Only boated on Payette. It can get busy.
Some like CJ Strike as well. I want to check out lake Walcott, it has a state park so you can camp and boat. Park also has a disc golf course if y'all frolf.
                              Almost forgot Anderson.
A few of the above have dirt/gravel road tows so rock tamers or other means to keep rocks from tagging gel coat is a must. There is also a rig that is big screens that attach to wishbone of trailer so racks and debris can't hit the boat. If interested I can hit up our Elko customer that has them on his Z3 and find out the brand.
Can't wait, I just had to take a boat up the other day. 34* boating is awesome.

Nosajllah I feel you pain man! Jan was so warm 62 degrees one of the Saturdays and I almost caved and took ours out for the maiden voyage and then my wife talked some sense into me and I've been regretting not taking it out ever since! Now we are lucky if it gets above 32. Congrats on your new boat. Lets see this bad boy...
