Looking back at your first pics, maybe you could mount them outboard of the swim brackets as another option? I can’t tell from the pics of the surface is flat enough to be able to put them there.

I'll have to see if I can mount outboard of brackets. Either way I'm going to be blocking light. They will be used for swimming and hanging out on the platform in the evening. No plans on surfing at night

I'm assuming with the GSA controller you could deploy tabs while swimming to let the light out ya?? I don't have any experience with GSA

^I was thinking the same thing. If you’re not concerned with using those lights for night surfing it wouldn’t matter. Than again wouldn’t the tab be deployed on the side you’d be surfing on anyway? At least the wave would be lit up on that side.

GSA looks good man, nice work.

Off side, right? Surf side tab is at rest?

Update on Winter work. I got the Transom LEDs installed and working. Actually had a broken power wire so had to run new wire. Tabs are mounted and wiring is ran. Had to send the controller back to fix a broken wire. Fusion stereo, remotes and Rev 10s installed. LED ring are in but have not got them working yet. I think it has to do with pairing the remote to RGB controller. Still need to clean up the wiring, clean up the boat and install Gatorstep flooring.

Glad you isolated the issue and it was down stream of the viper box.

Would love some good in the water night shots when you get some.

We mount our lights as far outside as possible........ knowing beam angle etc can help you find the best location. For us again, its usually all the way on the outside edge as the lights bleed enough to cover the middle. With them being mounted outside you get killer motor off lighting and then even better lighting if you surf at night or cruise with them on.
