I like where these discussions are going. All the meat and potatoes of buying , selling and finance strategy without all the "bruh" talk. Tigė definitely has a good customer base. I wonder who their target buyer is?

Brand to brand that may be the case... Tige was around 4% from 17-18

Yeah, was agreeing with you and adding what Tige was specifically after I looked.

I think they are hoping everyone from a 60k buyer to a 180k buyer.

I will have to look but I think Supra made a sizable step as well

I disagree. When you go to the website the "2018 lineup" pops up first thing. Anyone that doesn't know Tige might be inclined to think that the only line available is the Z line. In that case the cheapest boat is the RZR at an msrp of $89k, or into the $90s if you need a trailer.

Standard marketing, grocery stores and restaurants do the same thing with ends cap displays and menu layout.

That was kind of my point. If they are hoping to bring in buyers who can only pay $60k they should find an end cap up front that shows off these boats, not hide them in the back of the store where I may stumble across them if I'm still even in the store. Instead, one will only see Z boats and see the price of them and head over to moomba or axis where boats at these prices are brightly displayed.

Seems like they only want to sell the Z then if the buyer ends up not being able to get financing at that amount it turns into, "well we do have this other line for people like you".

This is just my take away from looking at the website.

The data doesent support those claims. It’s why the website is the way it is. They track every bit of statistical date from page visits. That ranges from page visits, to length visited to the boats most researched all the way to the traffic in regard to the r series and what % of the people are navigating to it.

The data says that specifc layout is the most successful. Trust me. That’s what’s awesome about marketing and stats on websites. They don’t lie.

People not understanding how to navigate web pages is a thing of the past.... if they are seeking information, it’s reasonably accessible and it doesn’t take a cc # to see it, then the numbers say they will click to the treasure.
