    Favorite places to boat, Google Earth Style

    I thought this might be interesting, post your favorite places to boat from Google Earth's aerial views.

                    Won't that cove be under water when the lake rises to meet with Wahweap marina next spring? (assuming we get a good snowpack).

                    I did not realize that Warm Creek extended that far...is it boatable all the way to the end? I usually turned around before the bay gets thinner because my depth finder seemed to be 20 feet or so at that point.

                              Yes, that actually becomes a nice bay with a rock island in the middle. But the water level as to be near the full mark for that to happen. We have always gone to the back of warm creek, especially with the water level down, because not many people bother to go there. We have never had a problem with shallow water, it is still plenty deep enough all the way back to the end. At the end there is a big hill which makes it deep enough pretty quickly.
