Dave, thanks again for putting this on. We had a blast! I think the weather was just about perfect the entire time. The wind did kick up saturday night, just as we were coming in for the dinner so no big deal. Nice to be able to hang out with a bunch of good people. Here is a quick overview of what the reunion looked like from my camera.

      006.jpg

We hit the sunrise each morning. Always nice to have an empty lake to ourselves.

The sunsets were just as nice. (We're not really wakeboarders, but when the water was glass like this we had to try. So we did it with a surfboard. Such a cool feeling gliding over the smooth water.)

Probably the only person at Mead that got cold.

      042.jpg

Now he teases me that he can get air on the knee board and I can't get air on the surfboard.

This floating mat was awesome! Those kids could have played on it the whole time. Need to put one of them on our list for sure.

So on our way home we decided that we hadn't had enough, so we stopped at Sand Hollow in St. George UT for some more. This is one of our favorite lakes. For the most part we had it all to ourselves, minus a few fishermen.

This girl was by far the MVP of the trip. I was blown away at the improvements she made in just a few days. She now just pops up out of the water, where before she got up maybe 50% of the time. She also finally understood the importance of leaning her body around the board to move sideways, speed up and slow down. It was fun to watch her recover from WAY in the back of the wave a few times. What a confidence booster for her!

We've been working on doubling up and have been having fun with it. I just need to figure out how to get a bit more length out of the wave and we should be there.

My truck went into the dealer for some repairs that should have been done long before the trip. They messed some stuff up and ended up loaning me a 2500 to take on this trip. Very good of them. What a nice truck and I can't believe how nice it pulled. Thinking......

Awesome Josh. Great pics. Sure looks like a great time was had by all.
Pull the trigger on a bigger truck. The only regret you will have is the payment

Wow!!! what an awesome event!!! thanks Dave and Pam for all the hard work that you put into this. As our first time here, we can't wait for next year!!* Met so many great people that we are looking forward to many more trips on and off the water with.**

The weather and water were unbelievable ALL weekend! I don't think I've skied that much glass ever!* And that food!! HOLY COW!! However I too suffered the same fate as Corey spoke about regarding the DelTaco in barstow* hahaha

and most definitely can't thank Tige and Germaine Marine and all the other sponsors!* The prizes that were donated for the raffle made for the best raffle I've ever seen and I finally broke my raffle curse hahahaha(even with a slightly rocky start---that couldn't have been funnier!!)

I have some videos and a couple pictures I'll try and get to in the next couple days and get them posted.

Again from a couple first timers we were blown away by the event and the caliber of super nice and genuinely awesome people!** Hope to see everyone out on the water soon.**

a final note if anyone knows someone who wants a 99 21i send them my way,* I've got a date with Germaine Marine in the very near future [emoji16]

these are just a couple random shots I grabbed with my phone but they pretty much sum up how nice it was out there

Looks like an awesome time. Glad everyone enjoyed the weekend. Unstuck I think it’s time for a manly truck even if you go 2500 gas it’ll be a huge improvement.

Looks like we missed an awesome weekend!! I had a wedding in Temecula, or we would have been there with you guys. We were only about 15 mins from Lake Elsinore, I was going to go check out the new Germaine, but figured Jason would be at Mead, anyways.

If we’re still on a Tige, next year, we’re there!!

Zack come see me and lets figure out a way to get you out of your Rzx and into either one with the 2/1 or something else without getting slammed. I have had to climb much worse mountains, we can figure it out.

Okay my turn, I look forward to this event every year. This year was extra difficult for me because of my divorce. I wasn't going to let that hold me back. I have to say thanks to Pam and Dave for all their hard work and give thanks to Germaine Marine for helping with the event. I have made some great friends and consider you as family. I want to thank Jason for the chance to ride on such beautiful boat and Dave for letting me get some surf behind his sweet wake. Brad and Jenn you guys are awesome and sure know how to make a brother laugh. Michelada's and fireball don't mix LOL. I have to admit I can drink but that's the brown in me what can I say. DMaxx you and Joseph had me laughing so hard. I love coming to this event. To me it's not about the prizes or how good the Dessert was (Dave) to me it's a time to see and hang out with a good bunch of people who also enjoy owning a Tige. I can't say enough of how much I appreciate all of those who help make these great memories for us all. Have a safe rest of the year and happy upcoming holidays. If any of you are ever in Las Vegas hit me up. Much love

I think I need to make the drive next year. I think it would be worth it. What’s 18 hours not the road.

We should do a Kelowna one. Such a beautiful place and for all you Americans it’ll be super cheap.

It would be awesome I bet we could get some backing from some dealers and I would be down for helping. Banks lake I spend a week at every year haven’t hit Moses ever but am always ready for some different lakes.

                                Thank You!

Thank you all for the kind words. After 6 years of attending, co-coordinating, and coordinating this event, I must say this years reunion ranked right up there at the top for Pam and I. From the weather, to Tige and Germaine Marines support, to the volunteers assisting and the dinner... it was all AWESOME!

A special thanks to; Brad & Meighan White, and Tim & Annette Tooher for helping with EVERYTHING, Jennifer Starr and Cory Weber for helping with the food, Jim Linden for helping transport donations and loaning us his oven on Saturday, Jason for fixing my busted ballast pump, everyone who brought lights, generators, extension cords, and crock pots, and last but not least, Pam for supporting me through this whole event (and being a trooper year in/out when it's on our anniversary).

I can't wait for the videos we have coming!

Lastly - you heard it here first... watch closely over the next few days for the MEAD 2019 thread. COMING SOON!
