been so busy finishing up with work and then getting ready some how I missed this. My phone didn't say I had a missed call or a voicemail I just happened to catch it. thanks for the heads up though but our group is good with camping and saving a little dough.

We've got about 365 miles one way for us. heading out by 1500-1530 this afternoon. I'm definitely looking forward to a cold camp beer after being at work at 0330 this morning and then making this drive

Saw a Nissan Titan heading into Vegas on Sun with a Tige sticker on the back but no boat....wonder who that might have been?

Quick heads up, I plan on attending with my 5 year old and bumming a ride with Dan & Christy. I know it's late so no worries on food planning. I guess one could say I'm pulling a Dingle! HA!!!!

I have a lot of thank you’s to pass around.
Wanted to first off thank Dave and Pam for coordinating the event this year and letting Jenn and I surf behind that dialed in Z3. This event is is quite literally a year round job and is full of so many unknowns and trying to plan for those countless unknowns. You all did an amazing job and have raised the bar yet again for the reunion. Also want to thank Brad and Meighan White for all their help and everything you all did for the event this year.

Germaine Marine as always Jason and Adam showed up with the newest boats and always dialed in. Thank you Germaine Mairine for everything you guys do both with new boats and answering owner questions.

Tim and Annett Toohers for letting me get some surfing in during my dark times of not owning a boat. Always enjoy being around you all and your family. I really hope we can get together again soon!

Cory, Kathy, Olivia I missed you all so much, was so awesome to get to hang out with you all.

Gil...I concede you can drink more than me.

So awesome to see everyone again this year, meet the first time attendees, and sadly those who couldn’t make it out this year know that you were missed.

Thank you again to everyone and our extended Tige family and friends until next year!
My life's journey is not ending up looking pretty, its sliding in broadside, used up, worn out, screaming "What a Ride"

Another great year!!! We had kept it in our minds we wouldn't be there this year (for a list of excuses...) and the nudge from Dave and Pam helped get it together. It was emotional for us without Beck but I'm pretty sure I tried to drink those sorrows away on Friday, don't remember though so any anecdotes and insight would be fun to hear. I do know Jenn's first attempted run on Saturday resulted in laughter as the surf rope easily rolled off the Bimini and coiled in the water in front of her... lost a room key, melted some ice, watched the sun rise and set and the moon fill each day but just had a really relaxing weekend. I think more people talked to me this year because I finally have Tige' built in the last decade, or maybe it was my next level beard or maybe I was more sober LOL! It was awesome to meet more new owners, make new memories, hang out and bring the family back together.

The raffle was next level for us, especially Olivia, she slept with her Idol surfboard Saturday night. Again, an incredible job behind the scenes from the dynamic Powell duo and everyone who helped put on the event. A whole hearted thanks to Brad and Jenn for some wave education too. Following Brad's tutorial on Sunday, it was painfully obvious my wave was not dialed in prior to our arrival. 65 hours of riding on a previously incredible wave that grew to nearly twice its size after my dumb *** was shown how to add some speed and slap on the Roswell. Simply amazing.

We got off the lake at 3 on Sunday, pulled in the driveway at midnight...400 miles one way (had to detail and drop off the boat in storage) and worth every minute...even worth the Del Taco in Barstow (actually, that remains to be verified). Clint from Rusty was with us on Saturday and that was really cool. Great boards. Kathy felt the Snaggletooth was her muse and rode it wireless (first time wireless!) for a good amount of time, biggest smile of the weekend until... Suzanne and Mary came with us and learned to surf and realized a fall at 10.8mph was much less of a yard sale than a fall at 34mph. Suzanne mentioned something about diving into the curl like a "wave-crazed dolphin"...

Corey with an i and to dot that stupid i with a heart, that just resurfaced in my memory banks, Gil can drink more than anyone, even all the Irish combined and that's single handedly driving up alcohol prices for us all. A year later we finally fixed Jim's boat, managed to not sink any others, talked about America and temporarily forgot about its problems (with everyone!!!) and missed Jack, Cheryl and Will. People come into your life for a reason or a season and EVERYONE at the event this year reaffirmed our love for this brand and its community.
Fixing everyone elses boat just so I can use mine...
