I think I see a lot of wild speculation here lol. If Tige has something Tige will release it when ready.

It’s not an RZX, however it appears that Tige may be matching the competitors in the size category. It won’t be an RZX, it won’t be a Z maybe something in between.

I'm hoping for a Z3 like size, weight and freeboard with RZX bow keel and flattened transom deadrise.

Just give them some time, your wishes may come true in a few years.

I'd be curious where Tige is making their money. Is it on the RZX series with all the ballast and the bells and whistles? Or is it on all the new R series boats, which are basically the RZ and Z boats of 5 years ago with more budget friendly materials and designs.

I assume it's on the big boats with big margins, but I can tell you if I was buying again it would be the R series.

the R series are the same hulls as the Z series boats

If you look at a boat hull like an automotive company uses a platform or generation of car, the ROI gets better the longer they can sell it assuming there is still good demand.

In the case of the z and rz boats they are still strong surf and wake boats and priced at a much more affordable price than the rzx boats.

The rzx is the new offer with a more advanced hull that is tiges latest and greatest. It’s also big and that’s where the industry has gone with more and more boat builders chasing the best wave.

I am moving to an RZX2 next year from an rz2. I will let you know if it’s worth the money.

I’ve said it before, I would LOVE an R series RZX3. I dont think that’s in the works this year though.

I dont ever see a stripped down base version of the RZX series.
