Closest to your budget out here in BC. https://vancouver.craigslist.ca/nvn/...294665283.html

There was a 20v recently but I see it's gone.

I just dropped my 2007 20V off at my dealer to sell on consignment as I've ordered a new Tige. I've owned it since new and it's immaculate. Always stored inside and well maintained. Let me know if you'd like to talk.

Looks like a nice boat. What are you asking for it? I wonder how much work it is to import a US boat in Canada...

The process isnt very tough i have done travel trailers before but with the current exchange rate and then what ever taxes you pay you would have to find something really cheap to make it worth it right now. my guess is a $25000usd sale price u will be into it for around $35000cad. Could be wrong but was also looking into it a little and thats what i could find out.

I imported my first boat. The boat is very easy.... the trailer is more work. A trailer is treated as a vehicle, so you need to get a form filled out to import it. I can't recall the name of the form, but it will require a bill of sale and a VIN. You also need to get it inspected. Go to www.riv.ca to see the details. The boat is easy... it's no different than importing something like a television. You simply arrive at the border, show the bill of sale, and pay the GST.

One consideration is finding a cost effective way to buy US dollars. Using your bank or a credit card is the worst way.

Thanks for your interest; it is an exceptional boat. The dealer has priced it at $29500 but make them an offer. They're great to do business with and I'm sure can help you figure out how to get it to Canada. Ask for Michael.

                      Thanks,
                      Jon

Will do, I would need to buy a boat in the US for around 20k to stay in my 25k Cdn budget though.

You won't be able to buy my boat for $20k but they may have something cheaper. Good luck.

It's a v-drive, but I've slalom skied behind it and it wasn't bad at all.
