I bought mine from Matt at Boats of Nevada, glad I did. I'd refer him to anybody I talk to. He's great.

Although my dealer got out of the biz, I can still drop by his home dock with any issues, he's really good about telling me how to fix them.

Too bad I gotta pull the boat to Lake of the Ozarks for service now.

Corey, Bill and Scott at Wakeboard and Waterski Specialty in Denver did a great job for us, particularly as we were taking the boat across the Canadian border. When our trip to pick up the boat was delayed because of a faulty Perfect Pass unit, Corey met us halfway by towing the boat out to St. Louis to meet at Joel's State-A-Mind Tige shop. Joel also helped us a lot getting to a water test site on the Mississippi. Our after-sales care with Corey has also been wonderful, even though we're now back in Canada. Wakeboard and Waterski Specialty is a very customer-oriented business.

we bought ours from taylors boats, and when we were in the process of buying it they were great. they have treated us pretty good. the only problem we have had is was a warrenty issue. our mounts on the swim deck started to cave the fiber glass. it was just bad design. we took it back to taylors to see if it was under warrenty. tige wouldnt warrenty it becouse we werent the origanal owners. it would have been nice if the dealer would have helped us out, but they wouldnt touch it.

I always look at this way. Your really not buying a boat, your
buying a dealer. Having the best boat (you pick you
favorite brand) in combination with a poor dealer is
worthless. It just leads to heartburn and frustration
because every boat at one time or another will have
                    problems or issues.

It is how good your dealer and their service department
are that really counts. They can minimize your downtime
and maximize your fun time which is what you want during
                    the short summer months.

I just ordered my third Tige (In 7 years) earlier this month
Wakeboard and Waterski Specialty in Denver. Their service
is second to none. I really could care less about what brand
                    they sold.

Let's face it, Tige, Malibu, M/C, or CC all put out extremely
well made boats usually with minimal issues. Bottomline
it is the dealer who stands behind the boat is the key to
making and keeping the customer happy.
