Does anyone have a detailed procedure for winterizing a 2015 RZR. Not sure how to get anti-freeze into the block and or the ballast tanks. Dealer is 300 miles away
What engine? A funnel and pour about .5 gal into each ballast drain outlet.

2015 engine should be a Raptor and full of anti-freeze already.
ford raptor are semi-closed, so exhaust and heat exchanger need to be drained, but block and heater (if equipped) have automotive antifreeze.

You either need to drain all water out of vdrive (anode under coupler 1 1/16" socket. Heat exchanger drains. Manifold drains. Rwp drain. If you are wanting to run antifreeze I will take some pics at shop tomorrow for you. 2015 raptor is a bit different from current model. In your case if you are running antifreeze you don't have to drain first. Just what we do as a shop.
Fill pumps are pretty much self draining. As long as you run drains until they suck air they should be fine. If you really want to the cartridge comes out of housing by pressing red tab and twisting. Once cartridge is out of housing it can just sit.
Will the antifreeze reach the pumps for the bags? Gets 40 below here

If you pour it down the ballast drain outlet, it will go right through the pump into the sac/tank

This is just a little rig that you can put on thru hull side of vdrive (port side hose @ vdrive) There are many different ways to end up with something that will pull antifreeze thru starting there. As long as you run antifreeze from there until it's coming out of the exhaust you are fine on your engine. https://www.bakesonline.com/detail.aspx?ID=3653
Would recommend looking into a setup like this as it will make your life easier and also will help on ingesting scum and keep it from getting caught up in heat exchanger, trans, and oil coolers. Especially if you will be doing your own wints for a few years.
Be sure to use propylene glycol for your bags and in the engine. Do not use Eyhylene glycol based antifreeze! Bad for the lake and any animals that could possibly drink it. You can pick it up a tractor supply and some feed stores. Remember that the Indmar Raptor series uses PG for its antifreeze. Gotta take care of our lakes!
Good point, and to go further. You want to use a marine and RV antifreeze, not an automotive based coolant antifreeze, even if its pro-gly based. These have lubricants along with the pro-gly and are not intended for fresh water system.

Good call chp and kool. Assumed and forgot people don't inherently know these things https://www.walmart.com/ip/Camco-307...&wl13=&veh=sem
This is the PG we use. You can get it in different concentrations all the way up to -100 farenheit.
If you are putting in Marine anti-freeze, you will need to get the one that is safe to use in engines. Not all of them are even though they maybe pink in color.

Good Point, the Camco product says it is for "Marine" however it does not appear to have the important "Corrosion Inhibitors" in it like the Starbright does.
