Port side ballast bag won't fill

My port side ballast bag won't fill. I can hear the pump when it's set to drain but nothing when I fill. Other side is fine. Any suggestions?

Id locate the fuse in the Viper panel, for the port fill pump. Check for battery voltage on both sides when the pump is turned on.

Thanks! That was it. I didn't figure there was a separate fuse for each one.
