Any idea where I can get these tower bolts?

My son failed to lock in the screw handle bolt on the swimdeck mount and it came loose and sank to the bottom of the lake somewhere. Can someone tell me what these thing are even called and where I can buy one? I have an extra handle lying around but I need this bolt that goes inside. It is a 3/8 in bolt and the threads are 2 inches long. They are the same as the ones on my e-series tower.

They typically come as a compete unit, bolt and handle. Yes, McMaster is a good source for them. Just mind all the dimensions as well as you will need to know dia and thread pitch, which I cant recall.
