    20i and barefooting

I am looking at purchasing an '07 20i, and unfortunately I cannot get a ride in one because no dealer in the state has a 20i available to test. The best I can do is get a ride in an '06 20v - which I am going to do just to get a general feel for Tige boats (I've footed behing MC, SN and Malibu, but never a Tige - simply because I have never had the opportunity).

Anyway, I am wondering if anyone can let me know how the wake is for footin' behind the 20i. What does TAPS2 do to the wake at barefoot speeds? Any info is appreciated, as I have the decision down to a SN 206, 'bu RLXI and the 20i. Thanks in advance.

We our on the Tampa Bay Water Ski Show team , my sons and team members have been footing behind our team boat a 20 switch i for 3 seasons . My 15 year old has won the southern reginanls barefoot endurance 3 years in a row. In addition I pull 6 deep up on slalunm skis at which time they do a step at about 42mph . The plus side also is with the taps I can switch to wakeboard with ease. Dom@ Fortes Inboard Connection If you have any more questions I can be reached at 1 888 517 3178

By the way, there is not a NAUTIQUE alive since 1995 that can even come close to a Tige' wake for footing.
