Well, a week of hard surfing (they were under water whenever the boat was moving) and they stuck - no issues. I even had another 22 V owner stop me and ask where I got them (he wanted to do the same thing to his boat).

Super happy with how they turned out.

Early solid chrome ones were not effected. It was the 2017 gunmetal and chrome ones that had the issue. The decal manufacturer is doing a recall on them.

My Chromax Logos came in today to put on my all white 22V. Going to peel the tribal off this winter.

Little nervous that the mfg date is 12/8/15. Anyone know if those were affected?

Do the chromax decals interfere with placement of suck gates? I’ve been looking to get the decals and a suck gate this summer.

They should not. You want your suc gate pretty low and the decals at the top
