multiple leaks

I have 2 leak happening on my 05 22v the first one is when i leave the boat in the water over night the water in the bottom is just over the exhuast. I have looked everywhere under the boat theres no holes cracks or anything i can see. Im wondering if it could be the seal around the drive shaft? does it still leak if the shaft is not turning? how do you fix the seal if that is the cause?
Leak number 2 is one that really has me scratching my head, while the boat is running water is leaking out from what looks to be between the bellhousing and transmission. at about the 5 oclock position. its a fair amount that i have to run with the bilge pump on. now sometimes it justy stops leaking?????? but then starts up again. I thought maybe a frost plug of some sort on the back of the engine. I over winterize though so it should not have popped out. I have no loss of power the boat runs like a top the oil is fine. does this sound familiar to anyone or does anyone have any ideas? im too big to squeeze down to see clearly under the engine if its a hose or something.

I would guess 99.8% it is your shaft seal and it will leak when the boat is running or not. Try adjusting it first. You will have to feel blindly under the transmission for the large bushing on the backside of the rubber boot that contains the carbon seal. There are two holes with set screws that contain two screws in each hole. Completely remove the ones on top and slightly back out the bottom ones. Apply a good amount of pressure on the bushing toward the propeller, tighten the set screws, then re-install the top ones. It takes 5-10 minutes if you know what you're doing, 30 if you don't. I have some pics I'll try and post.

Shaft seal is likely. The other sounds like a rusted out expansion plug.

Or a cracked exhaust muffler, or a leaky rudder shaft seal or, or, or etc. Could be lots of things, clean and dry the boat real good. Then drop it in the water with no engine dividers, remove the rear seat, basically expose everything. Then start crawling around looking for water.

Shaft Seal is likely culprit but doesn't hurt to give everything a once over under there.
Mufflers/Cracked/Weeping if you have an FAE or ever lost a water pump and got those mufflers hot they can crack over time.
Rudder Shaft Leaking, easiest way to tell is fill the bilge with water and see if you notice a drip down your rudder.
Cracked Raw Water intake hose.
Rusted/Old/Missing Blue drain plug

Good luck finding where its coming from is usually the easy part, getting it to stop becomes a challenge sometimes.
