20amp max fuse in the starter fuse box keeps blowing

I get about 3 good starts and then the 20amp max fuse blows....any thoughts? I'll try and get some more info but it's the starter fuse inside the fuse box that sits towards the end of the engine block.

Pretty sure that 20 is the fuse for the switches side of starter relay. May be worth just changing out relay as it's cheap and of it has any internal corrosion it could be the culprit. Otherwise next step would probably be starter solenoid. Also worth just checking that yellow and red at the s terminal of starter is tight.
