Z3 Rudder Grease

I saw a post on here a little bit ago on greasing your rudder. For the life of me I cannot find it now. Thinking I ought to do this since I have not done it and not sure the dealer did during service. What's the easiest way to get to the zerk to grease it and what type of grease are you guys using? I also noticed in the O&M is says to lubricate your steering cable. How is this done?

This is what do. I use marine grease, however my old cable the dealer put in white lithium grease.

To the zerk.... long arms or and extension for the gun. I reach mine from the rear locker and reach behind the engine.

For the cable there is a rubber grommet that covers the end of the cable near the arm. There is a silver piston. Slide back the rubber grommet onto the piston and fill the grommet with grease. Then push it back on.
