So we contacted Tige today and they were very helpful. They recommend to get the code read that was thrown. They said if we needed more information to contact pcm but it doesn't look like we need to. We took it out today for the whole day and boat ran great with no more warning sign. All gauges oil and temp were good so I think should be good. Surfed and boat ran great.

As I suspected - sounds like it's a "code notification". I think it stinks that they don't just display the code itself.

Anyway, hopefully it was, indeed, a transitory thing that has self-corrected. Enjoy the boat and just keep an eye open for that message. With luck it will never appear again!

So I have got the message again a few times yesterday but this me it sounds like something electrical that is causing the warning like if something came loose while towing it back from Texas. It would go away every time I would shut on or off cruise control.

I still think the most likely reason is an engine sensor. Next time you're near a dealer, have them pull the codes. They are stored in the ECU even if the message is cleared. See what it tells you, and you can decide what (if anything) to do about it.

I still think this could be it too it just comes on at the weirdest times. We will probably try and get it read when we get back
