    Slip/tie up docklines

Hi guys, anyone using airhead or other bungee
type lines for short term slip and docking?
Any better lines out there? Thanks in advance.
    Also what sizes?

I have the airhead lines as well as some ronix bungee lines. I love them. 3 years trouble free. The airhead lines are 6 foot I believe. My ronix lines are 8 or so, but have clips and loops for length adjustments.

I use $6 bungee packs from Princess Auto. Haven't lost a boat yet!

The bungee ones are awesome. If you use a slip have then center the boat in side of it perfectly. For use on a dock they aren’t as good because the boat will always be running against the dock causing more dock rash, for that put up posts with pvc pipe for the rub rail.
Whenever we go to the ski club we wrap the bungee around the tower and clip both ends together onto the dock and it holds the boat perfectly.

Wish tige would move to the docking cleat quick connect system that the G's have! Super fast and easy to put a boat fender on the side of the boat with them.

If you would lime this system, it should be an easy add. Here is a link to the manufacturer.

It does look like a very nice system. I believe it is an option on Natiques.

I think all boats should come with 3 cleats per side, where the 2 are currently located plus one additional between. Since the boats tent to have "hips", the widest part is not protected unless huge fenders are used.

+1, I think it is a great thing to have. Surely this would be an easy option to add from the factory and I think it is very useful on the nautique boats that have them.
Tige should also think about adding that seadek flooring piece that the nautiques have above their swim deck, keeps it from getting scratched up from boards, I think that is a really nice thing to have also. Though I would imagine that it is pretty easy to add aftermarket also.

@dandy- yes I've seen the sites for them aftermarket and they look easy to install. Makes tying up fast that's for sure!
