    2016 rzr advertising issue help!

    Hey everybody.
Seems like it's not our best season either! The rzr just stop going forward on the lake.
Had to pull it to the dock.

It looks like the boat stay in neutral when putting forward But the backward work fine. The prop ain't turning when we pull the arm forward.
But everything else work fine, motor trottle correctly like always, backward too works like always. We ain't heard any sound or nothing breaking we we used it. That's what confused me the most. If transmition broke we should heard something.
We surfed couple hours and when someone fell we putted the boat on neutral like always and when we engaged the arm nothing happens, gave motor power the rpm climb normally but speed ain't climbing so I checked and prop wasnt turning. Unglug the battery at the dock several minutes and replug them thinking maybe it's just a safe mode. But still does the same thing unless now the warning light is open just between the check engine light. The speed on the tigé touch always marked 0.1 0.2 when the boat is on neutral this is not normal either. Any idea or person who ever had this problem? Thanks
Maybe it's nothing big and probably can figure it out with a little help!

Sounds like either either forward clutch pack in transmission or possibly something in spool valve that's not allowing fluid to put pressure on forward clutch pack of tranny. This is assuming you were manually shifting trans with control cable disconnected. If it's a 16 should be covered by indmar under warranty. Good luck

Sure indmar will cover.. but that's the third time this season we need to drop out the boat from the lake.
      That meens
      - 3 time we had to pay the "lake dropping fees"
      - 3 time go for a 2hour road trip to our tige dealer
      - another week without the boat so at the end Practically no boating in the whole season.. and it's the boat first year 28hours.
Can't imagine when it gonna be 6years old..

I think the rzr made more miles on the road than on the water. In that way I really should've bought à camaro haha just kidding but..
Really thinking giving my own z1 and my cousin rzr at the same time to have a good exchange power on 2 2017 leftovers on other brand that will definitely be more reliable.
Had a Moomba for 10years with only 1 issue in his whole life, gas pump change in his 8th year, took an afternoon to change it at my dock and back on track. Same thing with mostly all my malibu's neighbor. We are the only ones with tige on the lake and the only ones who are'nt surfing lol.. maybe that's why!

Meh, don't just blast Tige man. As of right now unless you buy a Mastercraft, centurion, supreme or nautique you are getting another raptor (Malibu wont be for 18 I believe). Indmar is great and will most likely stand by their warranty and have parts to your dealer promptly.
Many boats have issues in the first 50 hours(across many brands). Im Sure once they get resolved your boat will run great for years.

Yea man, first 50hrs are usually the issues and after that you will be good unless you got a lemon, which obviously is not the case. This is why I like to buy a boat that is year or 2 old with 100hrs or less....Reduces the biggest depreciation hit and already has the bugs worked out or at least you know what the standard issues are by then. Anytime you buy new, there are some things like this too deal with.
Believe me, I feel your pain and know how much that sucks, not making light of it...would hate to be in your position and would not be happy either. It does sound like something fairly easy for them to figure out tho and at least you got the warranty....hopefully you also have a great dealer. I know in my area, Tige is the best dealer.

Yeah totally right. I'm just pissed off right now haha and me too the tige dealer is really the best dealer in the region also.
That's why it sucks so much for me! Had the best service all the time with them but like you said it seems to never see the light just got up on water last weekend and failed again.. but it's the first indmar issue, all other things was electronic or non motor issue. And since we have 2 Tige that scared me a little bit to see so much problem with one and maybe have the same on mine next year or so.

Understandable. Even from an electronic standpoint, Murphy is providing a lot of the tech on these boats for a bunch of brands, so you aren't really escaping anything. Moomba is sticking with switches and a small screen with buttons instead of touch screen so there is less chance of a screen failure taking you out of the game, but in my experience you wont get the same wave out of a moomba.
