Well, I didnt see this boating, but I think it qualifies. I cant believe someone actually did this... and I've never seen where a guy wears a tramp stamp.

I think I've BEEN the object of someone's "strangest things I've seen" post.

So I had been drinking a few bud's and I look up and see this guy surfing a pink door, I tell you no lie...even had the doorknob still attached.

I don't get these stories? It takes a lot of work to get the trailer unhooked from a truck.

One of my favorites that's that uncommon is watching some newbie with a new I/O not knowing that they have to put the engine down.......

                  Another Launch Story.

I had just got done pulling my boat out and was wiping it down, when two drunk guys show up to launch their boat. One of them came over to me and asked if I had an extra plug because they forgot theirs. I said no and the other guy yelled to him that he used paper to plug the hole. I continued to watch as he unhooked his boat before going to the ramp. (The boat was on rollers). I told my wife to watch because this was going to be hallarious and told her to get ready to leave, as I did not want to help these idiots after they dump their boat on the ramp. One guy got in the boat as the other backed it down the ramp. Of course the boat started to roll off the trailer. The boat rolled off in about a foot of water hitting the concrete hard and sliding the rest of the way into the water. They still went out to fish and I called the Sheriff as I assumed the paper plug would not hold and they would be swimming to shore.

I saw an idiot in a beautiful new go fast at the sand bar run over an anchor line. He got out, dove in cut it out of his prop and yelled at the guy for having too long of an anchorline out. Got about 15-20 yrds--repeat. Another 15-20 yards--repeat. Un-freaking-believable how dumb some people can be!! 3 times in a short distance; think he's a slow learner? I'd love to see his "new" boat in a few years.

On a side note, at our most popular launch people actually put out chairs by the launch and just WAIT for something stupid to happen. Never fails, the flannel wearin', chew dippin' goofballs inevitably show up much to the delight of the shore gawkers. They are brutal too, openly laughing and jeering the shenanigans! It's funny....as long as you're not the object of thier attention.

Other than that, Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play?

Who would be crazy enough to surf a door?
