Back in the beginning of May I ordered a 2017 RZR. After placing the order I tried to contact my dealer to get a spray date and to see if I could arrange a factory tour. After three weeks of hearing nothing back from my dealer I called Tige and spoke to the national sales rep and found out my dealer wasn't sure if he wanted to continue as a Tige dealer. He did not want to order the boat because he wasn't sure if he could service it. So...he just ignored my emails and phone calls. Being upset and frustrated Tige worked with me and another dealer to order the boat. Tige agreed to make a 2018 boat for me and included a couple extras for the inconvenience. My new dealer, Skipper Buds, in Fenton Michigan has been a pleasure to work with throughout. Although I was quite upset, everything seems to be working out and the boat should be at the dealers soon. Looking forward to getting this on the water.
As an aside...I'd like to set up my lift in the boathouse with the proper bunk spacing before I put her in the water. Are there any R20 or RZR owners that can provide me the bunk spacing on their lift or trailer? If not, I'll get it off the trailer when the boat arrives.
