Engine Drive Belt Cross Reference

Does anyone have a cross reference to replace the stock Marine Power drive belt? There is a stamp on the original belt that says {Marine Power 260505}. I want to get some backup belts in the boat just in case.

This is off of a 2005 24V with Marine Power 5.7 MPI, 340 HP engine.

I ordered belts back in April from Marine Engine Depot
Mfg Number 260515 (note, there will be 2 on your motor) - at the time they were $15.16 each
I also ordered a spare impeller #527246 @ 40.84 each

It appears that the cross reference for MP belt 260505 for Napa is NBH 25-7450. I am going there and will match it up to my existing. Hopefully it works.

Why not just get the belt made for that setup?
Marine Engine Depot sells all the stuff you need for marine power motors. They sell transmission and drive parts too.

It will most likely be the same belt, from the same factory, made by the same 8 year old kid in China, but with a different part number put on it. And it will probably be half the price.

I agree probably the same belt. I'm leaving on a trip and want a spare, so I don't have time to wait for delivery from an online store.

Checked the belt at home and the napa 25-7450 is a fit and cross reference for the marine power 260505. maybe it helps someone in the future.

Had I had this information when I ordered my belts, I would have most likely picked them up locally. I had searched and searched and could not find a cross reference. I am sure this information will help someone some day, especially if they have a belt go bad in season/while on vacation. NICE WORK!
