Well after waiting for about 4 1/2 months, which by the way felt like a year, I have finally seen my RZ2 for the first time. Around April of this year my wife and I decided that our daughter was old enough (1yr old now) and that it would be a good time to start looking at another Tige. (For those of you that don't know I sold my 01 23V almost 2 years ago in preparation for the little one.) I discussed this idea with Tige and they thought it was a great move. After taking a tour with the family of the new plant and discussing the future of Tigeowners.com we came to an agreement on Tige sponsoring Tigeowners.com with a new boat. At the time I had the choice of selecting an 06 or an 07 model. While I was there I was able to see the actual mold of the RZ2 and a few pictures. It was apparent to me that my mind was clearly made up before I even left the factory. So, after much anticipation, reading threads on the forums, getting updates from Tige and keeping my lips sealed about what Tige was about to unveil I finally now have the chance to post images of my RZ2.
Trish along with the help of Rick at Tige sent me some of the beginning stages of the manufacturing process. They may not show a lot at this point but I plan on adding more images and descriptions once I receive them. Hopefully this will educate you on how Tiges are so well built.
The options I ordered were:
MP 360HP Engine
Ballast
Speed Set
Heater
Two color bimini
Tower of Power sound system
Dual Batteries
iPod adapter
Z series tower with boardracks
Platinum Interior
Boat cover
Bow cushion
Transom Remote
Docking Lights
Pull up cleats
Billet Mirror
Tandem Trailer
Hopefully I will get the descriptions right on these images, I dont remember step by step.

Hand laid lamination
Closeup of laminated floor
Floor and stringer component

Floor and stringer installed
Before Grinding
Here is what it will look like when its complete.
