So do we agree that the baffles are popping out because they are bending? Is that the cause?

Some of my "guides" are coming loose as well. I'm fearful of running new screws in the floor in case they go in to my hard tanks.

I picked up a length of aluminum angle and cut to length to sit on the engine side of my divider panel channel. It reinforces the back of the divider channel. 4 stainless 1.5" screws in the aluminum and put longer screws in the plastic channel as well. You can use the same angle aluminum run top to bottom on the inside of the dividers to stiffen them up.

What do you guys do to reinforce the rear walls? This week my bags literally shifted back and so back that it tore a nice line in my carpet (2017 R21).... is any of this covered under warranty?

My 2016 Z1 is doing the same thing. I hope this will be covered by warranty and they take care of it the same time they fix my rear plate.

I agree...these are expensive boats and this seems to be a trend...I'm surprised they don't just throw some U channel painted black on the back side of the dividers and call it good. I'm dropping my boat off tomorrow to my dealer for it's 50 hr service and will be asking about warranty coverage...

I need to replace one side on my '08 22ve. It looks like it got hot and warped a little. What material should I use?

I will also be reinforcing it with aluminum channel.

Tige uses 1/2” starboard aka high density polyethylene(HDPE). You can get it online or at Home Depot/Lowe’s etc..

Here’s what I did for my engine side covers. I’m sure you could reinforce the rear paneling in a similar manner. Are your rear dividers coming off from the bottom or top?

Mine were warped. Possibly from engine heat and ballast bag from previous owner.
