Dock Ladder?

Our dock will be finished in the next few days. I'm looking at adding some accessories, one of which is some kind of swim ladder. Seems to be a lot of choices out there. I'm looking for one that is more of a staircase than a ladder. Any suggestions?

I've got one of these on the shallow end of my dock:

we have a standard dock ladder on the deep end.
Boatliftanddock has been great to deal with. I've ordered a few things from them over the years.

Thanks for the reply. After lots of research, we ended up going with one of the wet steps models. It fold out of the water and its freaking awesome. I would recommend it to anyone.
