Cup holder on the floor under observer seat? My '15 Z3 did that, although only one hairline fracture (we ran very heavily weighted) and it never spread. I notified my dealer, they asked to me to send pics and we had planned to fix it in the off season. I sold the boat before we fixed them, but again, it never amounted to anything.
Are dealers not covering this under warranty? When I bought mine there were 2 in stock and one of them was going back to have some of the gel fixed up.
Every boat I've ever had gets those. The top deck flexes so much it's almost impossible not to get them. I doubt they will warranty it but I could be wrong. I've learned to accept it's just the way it is.

I think they may warranty it, being as the boat is so new. It always seems as if the gel cracks are in and around radius. When we had our 13 Z1 the engine cover had a bunch of gel cracks mainly on the tight inside radius and Tige sent our dealer a new cover - granted this won't happen since it is part of the top deck, but I think they may stand behind it. If they don't, your dealer may. We had several gel cracks on our Nautique as well in the first year and it was all taken care of for us in the off season and they technically don't cover gel cracks under warranty either. I think most of the manufacturers will if within a reasonable time and they know where the most common locations are.
As mentioned already, get your dealer involved with this ASAP. The longer you wait, the easier it is for them to place blame on you. At least get it documented and see if they will allow it to be fixed in the off season. I think items that can be done in the off season get a little bit of leniency vs. trying to push it through in season. If they agree to it, get it in writing. When we took delivery on our Z1, we had some paint damage to the tower, was missing the spare tire holder on the trailer, had a few minor gel cracks and other random odds and ends. Our dealer wrote it up, stating that we agree to have it worked on in the off season and sent it into Tige and Boatmate per my request to have it signed off. This made everyone aware that the issue was from day one, but it was not things that would keep us off the water, and set the expectation of what work was to be accomplished and that all parties agreed. Picked up the boat and trailer the following Spring and it was pretty much like new.
Spider cracks happen. My experience, non-Tige, is to be aggressive with getting spider cracks warrantied in the first year. At least one major boat manufacturer will not warranty them after the first year. I've had them on almost every boat I've even owned, except for the 1969 Speedliner (but the floor rotted out of that one and it almost sank! ) The difference is how the dealer and manufacturer handle it. I had a few around my tow hook on my Z3 and the dealer got it done under warranty.
Owned two sea rays a tige and now an essex. First boat 10 years, second for twenty years, the 05 tige still in the family and the essex is 3 years old. NO CRACKS on any boat.
There are plenty of boats that do NOT have them, so they should not be accepted as normal. They are common enough, that if you have enough boats, you will see them for sure. I can give examples, but you get the idea. Neither of my G23 boats have had them.
I think most manufacturers will cover them in the first year, even if their official documentation does not say so. After 1 year, I think it would be a very rare situation where you will find anyone who will cover them.
